RETURN POLICY – BYCI BRASIL

At BYCI BRASIL, our goal is to provide a pleasant, transparent, and respectful shopping experience. Each piece is crafted and delivered with care, and we understand that, at times, adjustments may be necessary. That’s why we offer a clear return policy focused on simplicity and customer care.


RETURNS & NEW PURCHASES

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like to request a different size, color, or style, here’s how it works:
You may return the original item within the timeframe described below.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund according to the conditions outlined.
You’re then welcome to place a new order through our website with the updated item of your choice.

This approach allows for greater speed, accuracy, and availability in delivering the right product to you.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Return request period: Up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unworn, with all original tags attached and the hygiene seal intact.
Be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories and the purchase invoice.
Show no signs of wear, odors, washing, or alteration of any kind.
Important:
Due to hygiene regulations, intimate items (such as swimwear) cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed.
Sale or discounted items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with applicable consumer rights.


RETURN SHIPPING & REFUNDS
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item is received and passes inspection:
A refund for the product value will be issued via the original payment method.
The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
If the item shows signs of use, missing tags, or a broken hygiene seal, the return may be refused and the product sent back to the customer, with a new shipping charge.


PLACING A NEW ORDER

After the refund has been processed, you may place a new order at your convenience directly through our website.
Shipping rates and delivery times will be applied as indicated at checkout.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Send an email to contact@bycibrasil.com with the subject “RETURN”.
2. Include the following in the message:
Your full name
Order number
Reason for return
3. You will receive detailed instructions for shipping the item back.
4. After the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
