RETURNS & REFUNDS
• Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and the hygiene seal intact.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Returns may be refused if the item shows signs of use, missing tags, damage, washing, odors, or a broken hygiene seal.

- Include your full name, order number, and reason for the return.
- We will provide return instructions.
- After inspection, you will be notified of the refund status.
